What has been described as an intricate structure is, in reality, a protracted series of coincidences that carries on right to the end. Its very structure resembles sleep, as the sonbo are named after the stages one goes through when sleeping. As someone who enjoys satire with a heart, I loved this book.

Joonathan Gregory, a world-renowned sleep therapist who believes that sleep is a life-shortening disease that should be eradicated.
